Owner Rick Doering has trained with some of the best bread makers in the world, and he is going to share his favorite focaccia recipes! We will make focaccia in a few different varieties! You will learn all about how to handle the dough by dimpling, pressing, folding, letting it rest, and using the gate technique!  You will leave armed with the skills and recipes to make side dishes that will impress your friends and family!
