Adult Cooking Class with Mercado-Chicano Chicken

Johnny Perez of Mercado will be teaching our adult cooking class on Nov 7th! Chef Johnny is a wonderful teacher and engages with students in such a kind way! 

On the menu for the evening is a dish Mercado serves called Chicano Chicken: 

Achiote Marinated Chicken,  Garlicky Fingerling Potatoes,  Chamoy Brussels
