This class will be taught by a trained Wholesome Roots Cooking instructor.

Do you find yourself struggling to downsize recipes for just one or two people without sacrificing flavor or variety? You're not alone! Join us for a cooking class tailored specifically to the unique needs of solo or duo diners.

In this class, we'll show you how to conquer the challenge of cooking for smaller households without compromising on taste or resorting to wasteful practices. From clever ingredient substitutions to strategic meal planning, we'll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to create delicious and satisfying meals perfectly portioned for one or two.

Say goodbye to endless leftovers and hello to a more efficient and enjoyable cooking experience. Whether you're cooking for yourself, you and your partner, or a close friend, our expert instructors will guide you through a variety of recipes and techniques designed to make cooking for small numbers a breeze.

Join us and discover the joy of preparing meals that are both practical and delicious. Let's turn the struggle of cooking for one or two into a culinary adventure filled with flavor, creativity, and minimal waste!

Menu:

· Ham egg and cheese cups

· Ham croissant bread pudding cups

· Individual lasagna cups

· Homemade turkey sausage patties

· Mini shepherd's pies

· Hot cocoa brownie mugs

Come alone, bring a friend, or make a date night out of it! Anyway you come, you will fit right in! Our classes are a fit for all! If you are outgoing and like to talk, you will have that opportunity chat with new friends! If you are shy and prefer to stay quiet in class, that is great! You won't be forced to do anything you don't want. We ask for volunteers for some aspects of the class, but most work is done at your station. 

We will learn the tricks of these unique recipes and spend most of our time cooking. Our classes are hands-on! You will be getting hands-on practice with these recipes, and we will also email you the recipes!  Don't worry, you do not need to be an expert cook to join our classes! We work with each person at any experience level!

BYOB-In this class you are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. We will have water available and glasses for beer and wine. We cannot serve you or re-cork your bottles, but you are welcome to bring what you like and enjoy!

We recommend eating a snack before you come since eating is the last thing we do in class!

*Wholesome Roots Cooking has the right to change the recipes/menu.

*Please bring a container to transport leftover food home!

*Classes must meet a minimum enrollment requirement! 

*It is your responsibility to inform us about food allergies during registration. We cannot make accommodations the day of the event.
