Acai Bowls
What better way to cool off than with a nutrient rich acai bowl? Acai is one of those words that you may not know how to pronounce. A word that you second guess when you go to order it at a restaurant along with bruschetta, dulce de leche, gnocchi, focaccia, poke, and endive. Â We do not need to miss out on antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber protein and healthy fats because we can't pronounce something. We will practice the correct pronunciation as we enjoy refreshing bites of our bowls!Â
