Cider Braised Pork & Cabbage with Brussels-ADULTS

Adult Class

Sept 18th, 6 PM

-Cider braised pork and cabbage with carrots and onions. 

-Pan seared brussels sprouts with lemon vinaigrette and parmesan cheese. 

We are beyond excited to learn from Chef Ryan! Our classes are hands-on! You will be getting hands-on practice and we will also email you the recipes!  Don't worry, you do not need to be an expert cook to join our classes! We work with each person at any experience level!

When we are finished, we will sit down together to enjoy the food that we made! You will have the opportunity to talk all things "food" with Chef Ryan. We will have water for you, but you are also welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beer if you prefer! We will have glasses for you to use!

Feel free to ask questions along the way! Come alone, bring a friend, or make a date night out of it! Anyway you come, you will fit right in! Our classes are a fit for all! If you are outgoing and like to talk, you will have that opportunity chat with new friends! If you are shy and prefer to stay quiet in class, that is great! You won't be forced to do anything you don't want. We ask for volunteers for some aspects of the class, but most work is done at your station.
