About the Event
Who knew there was a technique to making different styles of pizza that is way more technical than just using different sauce and toppings? We can't wait for you to learn the secrets behind the very popular Detriot style pizza from the owner of Alto Grado restaurant and food truck! Rick Doering will walk us through step by step. In this class you will make a pizza and have time to eat it, but will also leave with everything you need to make your first pizza at home! Drinks will be available for purchase and we will make a caesear salad to pair perfectly with our pizza!

We are adding a high quality Lloyd pizza pan with lid, so we will charge an additional $36 for a medium. If you prefer a large pan and lid it will be $53. Please add either a medium or large pan to your cart before cheking out! The pan is a requirement for the class. You will be going home with dough in your pan to make the next day! ONE PAN IS REQUIRED PER HOUSEHOLD!
