About the Event
Farm Fresh Family Dinner
In this class we will see what is fresh at our favorite local farm and teach you how to make a fresh easy family meal without a ton of complicated ingredients. We all live busy lives, but that doesn't mean that we can't cook healthy weeknight meals! We would like to show you how to prepare some vegetables that many of us shy away from from lack of experience. What is your favorite way to prepare root vegetables? Chef Gretchen is going to give us her favorite recipes from the farm!
