About the Event
Do you want to improve your knife skills? Chef Gretchen will teach us the proper way of cutting and will teach different techniques! To practice our skills we will make 2 different types of salsa: tomato and fruit. We will make our own tortilla chips and brushetta to finish off this class! Join us for a great chance to improve a skill and create fresh food!
