What are the 5 "mother sauces" that are the starting points for making many secondary sauces? We are going to teach you! Why are they called mother sauces? They're called mother sauces because each one is like the head of its own unique family. Each mother sauce can have various children or small sauces made from it! You will make two different variations, and leave with all 5 recipes! 

Do you know how to make basic stock? We are going to teach you how to do that! Do you know how to perfectly blanch your vegetables? You will now!

We will be making chicken alfredo and broccoli and learn how to utilize sauces to complete the meal! Does cooking chicken sound simple? Chef Gretchen is going to show you how to cook a perfectly juicy chicken breast every time! You will also make a beautifully arranged chef choice salad. We will top the night off with simple yet impressive mini cheesecakes!

Our classes are relaxed and fun! All you need to do is show up, we will do the rest! Treat yourself to a fun and unique experience! Class time is between 2-2.5 hours. Please be flexible as we begin our adult cooking classes!
