Kids 6 and up will love these classes! Any experience level is welcome. We work with each child at their own ability. Kids with more experience will have more responsibilities!
In this class we are going to make a couple of French inspired recipes. The croque-monsieur is similar to a hot ham and cheese sandwich, but with a few twists! Bechamel is a sauce that is typically made from a roux of butter, flour, and milk. It is known as one of the Mother Sauces in culinary training!
