In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create the perfect Croque Monsieur, a yummy grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a French twist. Then, we'll dive into the mystery of Madeleines—are they cookies or cakes? You decide as we whip up these soft, buttery treats with their iconic shell shape. Get ready to have fun in the kitchen while mastering these French favorites!
