About the Event
This is a private event for Midwest EYE CONSULTANTS! We will be spending time together cooking up your lunch! You will be given 2 food challenges that you will work together on as smaller teams to compete for the best recipe! The instructor will also demonstrate how to make one recipe and you will have the freedom to express your culinary creativity when you make your own for lunch! ***Please be sure to list any food allergies on this form when prompted! ***
