Join us on The Landing at Alto Grado on November 8th at 6pm for a fun night of making party food! Owner Rick Doering has trained with some of the best bread makers in the world, and he is going to share his favorite focaccia recipes! We will make focaccia in a few different varieties! We will also learn how to make his famous artichoke dip! You will leave armed with the skills and recipes to make party dishes that will impress your friends and family!
This class will be limited to 10 people due to the nature of the recipes and the space in the kitchen! We will have soda, wine, beer, and wine slushees available for purchase at the restaurant! This will be a fun and intimate night and you will get a behind the scenes look at this amazing restaurant!
