This class is for middle school and high school students!

We are trying out a new class just for middle school and high school students! Some of you have asked for classes for your older child that will continue to challenge and inspire their cooking passion.  In these classes we plan on teaching about different kitchen appliances and cooking methods. You will also see more specialty classes. Invite your child's friends along so we can keep these classes going and continue to inspire kids with culinary skills!

In this class we are going to make a couple of French inspired recipes. The croque-monsieur is similar to a hot ham and cheese sandwich, but with a few twists! Bechamel is a sauce that is typically made from a roux of butter, flour, and milk. It is known as one of the Mother Sauces in culinary training!

All classes must meet a minimum enrollment requirement!
