This class is for middle school and high school students!
We are trying out a new class just for middle school and high school students! Some of you have asked for classes for your older child that will continue to challenge and inspire their cooking passion. In these classes we plan on teaching about different kitchen appliances and cooking methods. You will also see more specialty classes. Invite your child's friends along so we can keep these classes going and continue to inspire kids with culinary skills!
Madeleines are cookies with a spongy cake-like texture with a shell-like shape! They originated in North-Eastern France!
There is quite the debate on if madeleines are cookies or cake!
All classes must meet a mininum enrollment requirement!
