WHAT:

Royal Icing and Cookie Decorating

WHEN: Dec 6th

Class time at 4:30-6 PM or 6:30-8 PM-You Pick

WHO:

Adults-Adults are welcome to come alone. You do not need to come with a child to participate!

Kids 7-11-Can come with a paying adult, but need their own ticket! 

Kids 12-17-Can come without an adult. They can be dropped off. Any adult that stays MUST have a ticket. In other words, you cannot bring a kid 12-17 and wait for them in the building. This age group is drop-off only unles an adult buys a ticket to participate!

In this class we will enter the enchanting world of cookie decorating with royal icing!  Students will learn the secrets to creating the perfect royal icing with the ideal consistency to color and decorate like a professional. You will learn the art of piping and flooding to transform a simple sugar cookie into edible art! You will learn different decorating techniques to create texture, designs, and 3D accents. You may not want to eat your creations!  Your first attempts may not look like a professional bakery, but with any amount of practice, your skills will improve greatly! Most students are very impressed with their new found skills by the end of the class! Each student will decorate 6 cookies!

-Hands-on instruction.

-Instructors who are able to work with each student at their own experience level.

-Breaks for students when needed. 

-Recipes and pictures.

-Class size limited to ensure the quality of the class!

REFUND POLICY

Due to operational costs, the prep that happens before classes, and the fact that food is prepped and purchased based on enrollment, all class purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Some non-perishable food and supplies may be purchased up to 4 weeks in advance. Tickets ARE transferrable, so please find a friend to take your spot if something comes up. Please contact Wholesome Roots Cooking to help arrange the ticket transfer. 

Minimum Enrollment Requirement:

All classes and clubs must meet the minimum enrollment requirement to run. If this class does not meet the requirement, you will be notified and given a full refund. *You agree to not fault WRC for a class/club/camp that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement.

Allergies:

*We cannot make any accommodations in the Royal Icing Cookie Decorating classes. Icing has eggs. Cookies will not be GF/DF. You are welcome to come and learn the technique even if you cannot eat the cookies!
