Most of our classes for this age group our modeled for a child to work WITH a caregiver. NOT this time! Our Lil Chef-Mini Camp is drop off style!** Fun fun fun! 

That's right, go run your errands or head down to Well Grounded Cafe and enjoy some coffee and breakfast! We will take good care of your little one with plenty of helpers on hand! 

Your child does not need to have any experience to come! We will be focusing on these skills: measuring, mixing, whisking, and cutting! We will spend time using our child safe chef knives and learn the proper way to hold the knife and our food! This camp will be a mix of cooking, game/craft, and best of all eating! Our goal is to keep these students busy and engaged while giving plenty of wiggle breaks! Your child is not expected to sit still the entire time! We know how preschoolers are! 

The recipes we use for this camp are tried and true favorites! Your child will be proud of what they made and will enjoy eating it! We will also learn about fruit and vegetables and where they grow!

This is a drop off style camp:

We offer many classes that are designed for you to work with your child! We set up tables that have a spot for you and your child. If you would like more info on those please reach out! This camp is designed to be taught like a preschool classroom. All tables for this camp are set up for kids only! Parents will not be allowed to stay inside. Some students are trying a class for the first time without a parent, and it would make it much harder on them to see another child with a parent. We will have plenty of help both days! If there are any questions or problems, we will call or text the number given in the registration form!

*All camps must meet the minimum enrollment requirement to run. You will be alerted if this camp does not meet the requirement and will be given a refund.

*Summer Cooking Camps are REFUNDABLE up to 21 days before the first day of camp. A 50% refund will be given for any cancellations less than 21 days in advance. Please note that your child’s spot prevents others from enrolling, and WRC makes purchases in advance for camps based on the number of enrolled students. Please inquire about the possibility of transferring to a different camp.
